Tuna Tataki 
With Ginger Soy Sesame Dressing


INGREDIENTS: 
Fish & Panko:
¼ cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp minced onion
Cracked pepper & cracked sea salt
Olive oil for cooking fish in pan

Ginger Soy Sesame Dressing:
2 tbs fresh minced ginger
1 garlic clove minced
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp brown sesame oil
3 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 squeeze of a lime

Salad:
2 cups mixed greens
½ cup shredded red cabbage
1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded, and diced
½ cup shredded carrots
Diced green onions
½ cup peas

HOW TO: 

Fish & Panko: 
In shallow plate, mix (first 5 ingredients) (1/2-inch deep slices of tuna). Roll tuna in panko mixture, pressing lightly so the mixture sticks. Turn sauté pan on med - high heat. Add oil and sear tuna, about 30 to 60 seconds per side. Remove the tuna from the pan and set aside.

DRESSING: Combine all 6 ingredients above in bowl, and mix well

SALAD: Toss salad with Ginger Soy Sesame dressing, & drizzle dressing & wasabi sauce over sliced tuna, Enjoy!
