Ripping Raw Chocolate 
Coconut Surfer Energy Bar


INGREDIENTS: 

¼ cup coconut butter
¼ cup almond butter
6 pitted medjool dates
2 tbs dark Cacao powder
1 scoop Spirulina Protein Powder (Optional - or your favorite super food powder)
¼ cup raw almonds
2 tbs chia
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

HOW TO:

Add first 5 ingredients to a food processor and puree. (if your nut butter is dry you may need to add in a little water, slowly  to mixture but you want it too look like a thick nut butter) Add in in raw almonds, and chia and pulse leaving a little chunky, add coconut, pulse quickly just to mix into mixture.

Use a flexible spatula or your hands to press mixture into a square dish. Refrigerate for an hour then cut into bars and store in the fridge. You can save and freeze for later as well.
