Killer Mozzarella, Ham, 
Basil & Tomato Panini


INGREDIENTS: 
Total Time: 35 min    Prep Time: 25 min     
Cook Time: 10 min

1 ciabatta cut in half

1 1/3 cups thinly sliced fresh mozzarella / or reduced fat cheese

10 fresh basil leaves

8 ounces sliced 33%-less-sodium cooked deli/or Thanksgiving Ham

1 large plum tomato thinly sliced

HOW TO: 

1. Optional, spread cut side of the bottom bread half with a little Margarine or buter
2. Top bottom half with mozzarella, basil, ham. Top with remaining bread half.
3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add sandwich to pan; top with another heavy skillet. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
4. When Sando is done add in fresh tomato and spinach
5. Cut sandwich into 6 wedges
