Grilled Tangy Orange 
Chipotle Chicken


INGREDIENTS: 

6 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Thighs

1 1/4 Cups Squeezed Orange Juice

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Ancho Chile Powder

6 Garlic Cloves
½
7oz can Chipotle in Adobo Sauce

1 tsp cumin
¼ cup honey
Salt and Pepper

HOW TO: 

Mix orange juice, oil, ancho powder, garlic, chipotle, cumin, honey, salt and pepper in a food processor and pulse to combine. I like to pull about  1/4 c out aside to baste chicken while grilling for more flavor.

 Add chicken thighs to marinade.  Let the chicken marinade for 1-4 hours, I marinated overnight

. Grill on med - high.  I grilled from 20 -25 minutes, turning frequently.
