Coconut Vanilla Chia 
Pudding with Berries 



INGREDIENTS:


3 tbs chia seeds

½ cup coconut milk

½ cup water

1 tbs honey

½ tsp vanilla

Pinch of Himalayan salt

Pinch of Cinnamon

HOW TO: 

Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl, cover the bowl and place in the fridge for an hour. Most recipes call for over 3 hours to sit - I find it thickens quickly within an hour. Enjoy!
