Baked Pesto Pita Chips


INGREDIENTS: 

4  Pita Bread Slices

1/2 cup Olive Oil

½ Cup Pesto

2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt

HOW TO: 

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Cut pita pieces into six slices. Mix Olive oil & Pesto in bowl, lay pita slices baking sheet and brush both sides generously with mixture. Sprinkle both sides with salt, then bake them for 15 to 18 minutes until they're golden brown and crisp.

You can serve with a Caprese Salad with Avocado or anything your heart desires = )
